After SEBI asked Zee Business channel's 15 guest experts to pay ₹7.41 crore for unlawful trading, Zee Media issued a clarification that the notices were sent to "external and independent guests with whom the Company had no relation beyond their TV appearances". It further denied reports claiming SEBI also sent notice to the channel for the same.
