As CBI summoned Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in connection with the excise policy case, CM Arvind Kejriwal said that "there is no such thing as a liquor scam". "We formulated the best and most transparent policy in the country," he said. "They have framed the case as a result of political vendetta and conspiracy," he added.
