After climate activist Greta Thunberg was deported from Israel following her failed aid delivery bid to Gaza, she told reporters in Paris that there were "no words to describe the betrayal occurring daily by ones own governments". Thunberg was deported to Sweden via a Paris-bound flight. Notably, Sweden had said Greta "knew the risks well before" setting sail for Gaza.
