Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has appealed to the Kanwar Yatris to "maintain self-discipline". He said, "It's my humble request to all...devotees that we all are Shiva devotees and his blessing is always upon us. None of the worship is possible without self-discipline." He added that the government has made arrangements to ensure the safety and security of Kanwar Yatris.
