Noel Tata, son Neville approach courts amid Tata Trusts dispute

Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata and his son Neville Tata have filed pleas in the Bombay High Court and Mumbai City Civil Court against four fellow trustees of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT). They seek to ensure courts hear their side before passing any orders. It comes amid a governance dispute at SDTT.
