Noel Tata moves to shield Tata Trusts amid Tata Sons row

Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata and his son Neville have filed caveats with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner, reports said. The filings seek to ensure that they are heard before action is taken on complaints by Vice-Chairman Venu Srinivasan over the Trusts' management. The move also aims to prevent adverse orders restricting the Trusts amid the ongoing dispute with Tata Sons.
