Noel Tata to retire from Titan board on November 12

Noel Tata will step down as Vice Chairman and Director of Titan Company on November 12, ending a board association that began in August 2003. The announcement came alongside Titan's Q2 FY27 results, which showed a 113.7% rise in net profit to ₹2,393 crore and 10.1% revenue growth to ₹20,614 crore.
