Tata Projects could face a penalty of ₹3 crore every month for delays in the construction of Noida International Airport, according to Zurich Airport CFO Kevin Fleck. The Swiss company is liable for fines of 300,000 Swiss francs per month, which can be passed on to Tata. The airport's terminal is still under construction, delaying commercial flight operations until May.
