Noida drops FAR cap for housing on wide roads

Noida Authority approved Model Building Regulations 2026, removing the maximum FAR cap for group housing on plots along roads at least 45 metres wide. The current FAR limit is 3.5. The board also approved an AI City-cum-Business Park plan, an integrated automobile complex in Sector 105, and a City Logistics Plan to ease freight movement.
