International Air Transport Association has allotted three-letter code 'DXN' to the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. DXN symbolises the airport's proximity to Noida, Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh, the airport's CEO Christoph Schnellmann said. The airport is expected to begin operations by the end of 2024. Every airport has a unique code, like 'DEL' represents Delhi's IGI Airport.
