Noida's Supernova society asks owners to give bachelor, student tenants notice & replace them

Homeowners at Supertech's Supernova in Noida who have rented flats to students or bachelors have been asked to give them one month’s notice and replace them, preferably with families. The apartment owners’ association has also advised against renting to students or bachelors. The policy cites complaints of loud music, smoking, drinking and alleged illicit activities, including drug consumption.
