Temples in Uttar Pradesh's Noida are recycling floral waste into organic colours, agarbatti (incense sticks) and compost with the help of NGOs working with destitute women, officials said. Noida Authority has tied up with some NGOs under the 'Zero Waste Project' to check the dumping of floral waste in rivers. Noida Authority's CEO said, "All products are 100% eco-friendly."
