Copenhagen's iconic restaurant Noma, which has been ranked as the world's best restaurant five times, will close down in 2024. The restaurant helmed by chef René Redzepi opened in 2003 and has earned three Michelin stars since. Noma was unable to earn profits in 2021, Bloomberg reported. It'll now be turned into a "giant lab" for food innovation, Redzepi said.
