FIFA has revealed the candidates shortlisted for The Best FIFA Men's Player 2022 award. Lionel Messi, who led Argentina to 2022 FIFA World Cup victory, and France forward Kylian Mbappé have made it to the shortlist, while Cristiano Ronaldo has not been included. The 14-member shortlist also includes Karim Benzema, Neymar, Robert Lewandowski, Luka Modrić and Erling Haaland.
