North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation launched the first North East Fish Festival to boost fisheries and market linkages. Held in Guwahati, the event brings together FPOs, banks and policymakers. National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development said it has promoted 12 fish FPOs in Assam to strengthen the value chain.
