North Korean state media announced the launch of what is thought to be its largest-ever intercontinental ballistic missile test with movie-like footage. Kim Jong Un, dressed in leather jacket and sunglasses, walks towards the camera, flanked by generals, as they prepare to fire the Hwasong-17 missile. The footage also focuses on the missile itself.
