North Korea amends constitution to drop goal of reunification

North Korea has revised its constitution to define its territory as bordering South Korea and removed references to reunification, codifying leader Kim Jong Un's push to treat two Koreas as separate states. The new Article 2 says North Korea's territory includes land "bordering People's Republic of China and Russian Federation to the north and Republic of Korea to the south".
