North Korea bans internet access to overseas citizens

North Korean government has reportedly banned its overseas citizens from accessing mobile internet to tackle the spread of news about the killing of Kim Jong-nam, half-brother of leader Kim Jong-un. It also warned that anyone found doing so will be forced to return home to face "severe" punishment. Reportedly, random inspections of overseas workers' smartphones began after the order.
