North Korea on Sunday fired a short-range ballistic missile towards the sea, South Korea said. This came after the recent test-firing of the intercontinental ballistic missile Hwasong-17, which was launched in response to the ongoing US-South Korea military drills. Condemning the recent missile firings, Seoul said it is a "clear violation" of a UN Security Council resolution.
