A North Korean warship is lying sideways in water after a major accident during the launch of the naval vessel, South Korean military said. The intelligence authorities of South Korea and the US had been monitoring the activities in advance, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff spokesperson Lee Sung-jun told a briefing.
