BJP leader Atul Shah filed nomination as an independent candidate from Mumbadevi Assembly constituency for Maharashtra elections after he did not get BJP's ticket from the constituency. "I have been representing this area for the past many years and now giving an election ticket to someone else...this is not a game of musical chairs, but an election," he said.
