Not able to swallow after stroke? Know ways to overcome dysphagia

One of the after-effects of stroke is not being able to swallow - a condition called dysphagia which causes difficulty controlling the oral muscles responsible for swallowing. "The inability to manage this essential function highlights the significance of specific interventions and support in stroke rehabilitation," Dr. Gaurish Kenkre, GM, head of Atharv Ability-Neuro Rehabilitation Center said.
