The Supreme Court has set aside Delhi High Court's order which directed deletion of Wikipedia page on defamation proceedings initiated by news agency Asian News International (ANI) against Wikimedia. ANI had initiated proceedings on ground that page amounted to interference in court proceedings. "It's not...duty of...court to tell media to delete this and take that down," the court stated.
