Hours before the Bengaluru stampede during RCB's IPL victory celebrations, Vidhana Soudha Security's DCP MN Karibasavana Gouda warned Karnataka government against holding the celebrations at the premises. "Coordination with Law & Order and Traffic Police is essential for such a large-scale event...The current time frame seems inadequate for full preparedness," he wrote in a letter, NDTV reported.
