Congress' Gaurav Gogoi on Wednesday said that the people of Assam told Rahul Gandhi that CM Himanta Biswa Sarma is the most corrupt CM. "Not Rahul Gandhi but the people of Assam said this," Gogoi said. "Looking at the fearlessness of Rahul Gandhi, people of Assam have gained the strength to fight for their rights all by themselves," Gogoi added.
