Talking about ties with neighbours, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said India shouldn't expect "smooth sailing" all the time. He stated that working with India will give benefits to neighbours and not working with India has a "cost". "Some take longer to realise, some understand it better. One exception of course is Pakistan," he stated.
