Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a notice to IRCTC after a viral video showed catering staff washing the utensils inside the toilet of a Duranto train. FSSAI has asked IRCTC to provide factual comments/explanation regarding the incident shown in the video. "Well...IRCTC never disappoints us," a person said while sharing the video.
