Over 100 students have been infected with norovirus in a school in China's Guangdong Province, local health authorities said. Norovirus is a very contagious virus which causes nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Norovirus, which makes the stomach and intestines swell or become inflamed, spreads easily through close contact or on contaminated food or surfaces.
