During a hearing on stray dog menace, Supreme Court (SC) remarked, "Now only counselling dogs is left… if they stop biting, release them back on roads." SC is reviewing compliance with its earlier order to remove strays from schools, hospitals and shift them to shelters. SC said no one can read animal’s behaviour when it's in a “mood to bite.”
