Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday said that the National Register of Citizens (NRC) will not be implemented in Bihar. He is the first NDA ally to reject the implementation of NRC. Kumar's JDU has supported the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019. JDU Vice President Prashant Kishor has opposed his party's decision to support CAA.
