Non-Residential Indians (NRIs) invested $13.3 billion in the Indian real estate market in 2020-21, according to a new report. The investment volume was up by 6.4% from the previous fiscal year despite weak market sentiment due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Attractive payment plans, reduction in home loan rates, lower rupee value and a digital push have boosted sales.
