NTA to re-conduct 3 UGC-NET exams after multiple errors in papers

NTA has decided to re-conduct the English, Commerce, and Sociology papers of UGC-NET June 2026 after receiving several complaints about errors in the question papers. The re-exams will be held on September 9 for English and Commerce, followed by Sociology on September 10. Defects of this extent cannot be cured merely by dropping questions after the challenge process, NTA said.
