NTPC targets 30 GW nuclear capacity by 2047

NTPC plans to achieve 30 gigawatts of nuclear energy capacity by 2047, with sites identified in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Odisha. The state-owned firm also targets 244 GW total installed capacity by 2037, expanding clean energy operations across 14 states.
