A nuclear plant was targeted during a cyber attack two to three years back, with there being a serious threat of militant attacks on such plants, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director Yukiya Amano said on Monday. Security experts added that blowing up a nuclear reactor is beyond the militant groups, but the industry has vulnerabilities that can be exploited.
