Nukkleus shares rose nearly 3% premarket after announcing its corporate-sponsored SPAC, SC II Acquisition Corp, priced its IPO at $10 per unit, aiming to raise $150 million. Each unit includes one Class A share and one-fifth of a share right. SCIIU will list on Nasdaq, with the IPO expected to close around November 28.
