A senior Russian official has stated that the number of Indian students in Russia hasn't lowered in the last two years and has remained steady despite the ongoing war. "In terms of education, Indian students are always welcome in Russia. They have always been welcomed during the Soviet times," Oleg Osipov said. Roughly 25,000-30,000 Indians are studying in Russia.
