A senior nurse from Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Navi Mumbai, saved an elderly diabetic passenger during a mid-air medical emergency. Ms. Thankamma Chacko quickly identified severe hypoglycemia, provided oxygen support, coordinated emergency treatment and monitored the patient throughout the flight. Her timely intervention stabilised the passenger before landing in Mumbai.
