Nvidia and AMD will give US government 15% of their Chinese chip sales revenue as part of an "unprecedented" deal to secure export licences to China, reports stated. US previously banned the sale of advanced AI chips to China under national security concerns. This ban was later lifted and US has reportedly begun issuing licenses for exporting Nvidia's H20 chips.
