Nvidia announces largest-ever $150 bn share buyback, surpasses Apple's record

Nvidia added $150 billion to its share buyback program taking its total buyback capacity to $235 billion, making it the largest-ever share buyback in US' history. Apple previously held the record for the largest-ever buyback with $110 billion in 2024. "Nvidia's growth is being driven by a once-in-a-generation platform shift to AI and accelerated computing," CEO Jensen Huang said.
