NVIDIA unveiled Alpamayo, a family of open source AI models that allows autonomous vehicles to perceive, reason and act with human-like judgment. "The ChatGPT moment for physical AI is here," said NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang at CES 2026. He added that Alpamayo lets autonomous vehicles "think through rare scenarios, drive safely in complex environments and explain their driving decisions".
