Nvidia's new Blackwell AI chips are facing issues of overheating in the servers, the Information reported on Sunday. The Blackwell graphics processing units are overheating when connected together in server racks designed to hold up to 72 chips, the report added. Nvidia asked its suppliers to alter the design of racks to resolve the overheating issue, Nvidia employees reportedly said.
