Nvidia's lucrative pay package is making it difficult for millionaire employees to quit despite long working hours and high stress, Bloomberg reported. Nvidia offers stock grants that typically vest over four years, incentivising employees to stay to earn whole package. Some employees are reportedly not retiring even after accumulating enough wealth as they are waiting for stock grants to vest.
