Nvidia is reshaping production plans as Chinese firms request more than 2 million H200 AI chips for 2026 delivery far above current supply of about 700,000, Reuters reported. Nvidia has tapped TSMC to expand output using its 4-nanometer process and will offer both H200 and GH200 chips, with big internet companies driving demand.
