South Korea's memory chipmaker SK Hynix set a record for quarterly profit with a fivefold jump in ‌earnings. It reported ⁠a 37.6 trillion won operating profit for the FY2026 Q1, a year-over-year surge from 7.4 trillion won. The quarterly revenue of Nvidia's supplier rose 198% to 52.6 trillion won. The rise is driven by surge in prices of memory chips.
