The NYSE has decided to begin the formal delisting of Chinese state oil company CNOOC in line with former US President Donald Trump's executive order, which prohibited US investments in Chinese companies controlled by the Chinese military. Meanwhile, NYSE said CNOOC has the right to appeal the delisting decision. Earlier, three Chinese telecom companies were also delisted from NYSE.
