Norway has become the first European country to announce that it'd be "obliged" to arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu on its territory if the International Criminal Court's (ICC) warrant against him is confirmed. ICC prosecutor Karim Khan also sought arrest warrants against Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and some Hamas officials. Notably, Norway has recognised Palestine as a state.
