While the capital recorded a minimum temperature of 12.5 degrees Celsius on Thursday, Delhi's mean minimum temperature in October 2020 was 17.2 degrees Celsius. Normally, Delhi records a mean minimum temperature of 19.1 degrees Celsius in October.
