Palmer Luckey, Co-founder of Oculus, the VR firm that Facebook bought in 2014, has created NerveGear, a VR head-mounted-display that uses a neural interface and is capable of killing the user. Luckey said he used explosive charge modules in NerveGear which fire and destroy the user's brain when a game-over screen is displayed. "This isn't a perfect system," Luckey said.
