At least 48 passengers narrowly escaped after an overnight bus driver suffered a cardiac arrest and crashed the vehicle into a wall to bring it to a halt before he died in Odisha's Kandhamal, police said on Saturday. "[The bus driver] realised that he would not be able to drive further. So, he crashed the vehicle," an inspector-in-charge said.
