Two of the three accused who were arrested for allegedly assaulting the brother of an Army Colonel are sons of Keshab Kumar Samantray, DSP of Bhubaneswar State Crime Records Bureau, police confirmed. Anirudh Samantray, Basudev Samantray and Abhishek Singh allegedly thrashed the victim, Lloyd Nehemiah, in Bengaluru after he objected to loud music. He died of trauma, police said.
